Cristina Nicolini

Since she was a child, Cristina has always had two interests: people's well-being and water.

For this reason, she chose to become a swimming instructor and lifeguard, perfecting her skills in the water with people with special needs and pregnant women.

In 1999, she encountered Watsu and it was love at first sight!

In 2001, she became a Watsu professional.

She continued her training by assisting the most renowned Watsu instructors in the world, eventually becoming an instructor herself in 2006.

Since 2004, she has been collaborating with Giovanni Baccarani in Italy and Europe.

and is a member of the International School of Watsu responsible for Aquasoma®️ training courses held in Italy.

She currently manages a swimming pool, Acquasmile in La Spezia.

There, she offers professional Aquasoma®️treatments whose main goal is to improve physical, mental, and emotional well-being by releasing muscle tension and promoting greater awareness of oneself, one's body and one's breathing.

She organizes and teaches Aquasoma®️courses in Italy, both at her pool in La Spezia and throughout the country.

Cristina is a traveler and is willing to go anywhere her experience and expertise are needed to spread this wonderful and innovative bodywork technique in water.

Having undergone personal growth and being enthusiastic about life and well-being, over the years she has integrated aquatic therapy with various disciplines such as Shiatsu, Reiki, holistic massage, sound massage with Tibetan bells, and even training as a Gestalt Coach and Travel Coach.

These training courses have enabled her to acquire new tools for leading and managing groups and for supporting those who choose to work on themselves with her help.

In her teaching, she conveys all her passion and knowledge for physical work in water; she loves to teach while having fun and playing, making classes lighthearted, allowing everyone to express themselves and their uniqueness without losing sight of technique, and allowing her students to discover the magic of water.
