Resume:
Inés was nine years old when she started swimming on a team, and since then she has spent countless hours in the water.
First as an athlete (swimming, water polo, lifesaving) and later as an instructor of aquatic activities for children.
She specializes in “learning to swim without trauma” thanks to her sensitivity in helping each person discover their inner “aquatic being.”
Through her experience as a teacher, she realizes that learning is only complete and profound when the three levels of Being (mental, physical, and emotional) are involved.
Inés found her calling in Watsu, a discipline that integrates these three levels in a harmonious and fluid way.
At the same time, she studied and became certified as a doula, to accompany women during pregnancy and in their journey to motherhood.
What stands out in her sessions is the harmony between physical work and emotional well-being, with the aim that every experience in the water awakens the pleasure of being alive.
