Manuela Rossotto has devoted much of her life to water. She began her career as a swimmer and synchronized swimmer, before becoming swimming instructor and lifeguard. The meeting with Watsu is a turning point: she falls in love with it and immediately recognizes its transformative potential.
Over the years, she trained in Italy and Europe with some of the best international teachers, eventually obtaining certification as a Watsu Advanced Professional and Aquasoma® Advanced SpecialistToday she works as a Watsu instructor and Aquasoma® Intro instructor, with an empathetic and inclusive approach.
Her mission is to offer everyone the opportunity to enjoy a positive experience in the water, thanks to her professional expertise gained from over 30 years of teaching. In particular, Manuela works with:
- people who have fear of water (but are also fascinated by it), through a gradual and personalized process called Acqua Confidenza
- people with different abilities, special needs, or specific conditions, using water as an emotional, sensory, and motor stimulus, even in cases of autism or communication disorders.
She offers Aquasoma® professional sessions, aimed at those seeking wellness, relaxation, improved mobility, or simply a rejuvenating experience. His sessions help reduce stress, relieve muscle tension, and improve quality of life.
In addition to water, Manuela loves to express herself through photography – often inspired by her travels – and has participated in various theater workshops, exploring the relationship between body and mind even in unusual situations.
